These terms govern your use of PoloPath, including the public website, account area, MOS Application Guide, MOS Checklist, Ada AI, Plus chat, letter analysis, reminders, payments, and contact support. By using PoloPath, you agree to these terms.

1. About PoloPath

PoloPath provides digital guidance tools for international students and workers preparing Polish temporary residence permit applications. The product is designed to help users understand MOS screens, document requirements, checklists, official-source links, reminders, and common preparation mistakes.

PoloPath is not a law firm, government office, immigration agency, or authorised representative. PoloPath does not submit applications for users and does not access MOS, login.gov.pl, or government accounts on a user's behalf.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account, profile, and payment information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.
  • You must not share your account with another person, resell access, or use PoloPath for someone else's commercial service without written permission.
  • You must notify us through the contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if account information is false, security is at risk, payment fails, or these terms are breached.

3. What PoloPath Provides

Depending on your access level and product configuration, PoloPath may provide:

  • A MOS Application Guide for supported student and work temporary residence paths.
  • A MOS Checklist for documents and after-submission preparation.
  • Dashboard guidance, reminders, profile settings, and account tools.
  • Ada AI guidance and Plus chat for immigration preparation questions.
  • Letter analysis for uploaded official letter images.
  • Official-source links, source freshness warnings, and general processing-time context.
  • Contact support for account, payment, and product issues.

Features may change as official procedures, MOS requirements, provider capabilities, and product scope change.

4. Not Legal Advice

PoloPath does not provide legal advice. Guidance, AI answers, checklists, examples, estimates, source summaries, and letter explanations are informational tools only. They are not a legal opinion, legal representation, or a guarantee that your application will be accepted, approved, processed by a certain date, or free from requests for additional documents.

You should consult a qualified immigration lawyer or licensed adviser for complex cases, appeals, refusals, deadlines with legal consequences, unusual family or employment situations, prior overstays, criminal matters, or any case where you need legal representation.

5. Official Sources And Your Responsibility

  • Official MOS, UDSC, voivodeship office, and Polish government sources remain the controlling source for your application.
  • Fees, bank accounts, transfer titles, document requirements, office practices, and deadlines may vary by voivodeship and may change.
  • You are responsible for checking official sources before submitting documents, making payments, or relying on time-sensitive information.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, signature, upload, payment, and submission of your own application.
  • PoloPath may display source links and freshness warnings, but it cannot guarantee that every official page is current at the exact moment you act.

6. AI And Letter Analysis Rules

  • Do not submit passwords, MOS credentials, login.gov.pl credentials, banking credentials, payment card data, national eID secrets, or other sensitive access credentials to PoloPath AI tools or the contact form.
  • AI answers can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Use official sources and professional advice where appropriate.
  • Letter analysis explains visible content from an uploaded image. It does not verify authenticity, submit a response, or replace legal review.
  • You may report AI answers you believe are incorrect so they can be reviewed.
  • PoloPath may rate limit, refuse, or block prompts that create security, abuse, legal, or safety risks.

7. Payments, Plus Access, And Refunds

Paid products are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may include taxes where applicable. Plus access may be offered as a one-time or monthly product depending on the current checkout configuration.

  • Access starts after payment is confirmed and recorded by PoloPath.
  • If checkout succeeds but access does not appear, contact us with the email used for purchase.
  • Subscriptions, if offered, renew until cancelled according to the checkout terms displayed at purchase.
  • The public pricing page currently states a 14-day money-back guarantee. Where that offer is shown at purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request it.
  • Your statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory withdrawal or refund rights that apply to you, are not limited by these terms.
  • We may refuse refunds for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or requests outside applicable legal or advertised refund rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use PoloPath to break the law, mislead authorities, create false documents, or submit false information.
  • Attempt to access another user's account, data, payment, chat history, or letters.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the service.
  • Upload malware, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to process.
  • Copy, resell, publish, or commercially exploit PoloPath content, prompts, guides, or UI without permission.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts, spam contact forms, abuse AI features, or extract data.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide, such as profile information, questions, letter images, support messages, and reports. You grant PoloPath a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, analyse, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload or send is lawful and that you have permission to use it.

10. Availability And Changes

PoloPath may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, database issues, payment provider failures, AI provider outages, or other events outside our control. We may add, remove, rename, redesign, or change features to reflect official procedure changes, product direction, security needs, or technical constraints.

11. Disclaimers

  • PoloPath is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We do not guarantee approval, refusal avoidance, appointment availability, processing time, official response timing, or acceptance of any document.
  • Processing-time estimates, if shown, are informational and may not reflect your case.
  • Official offices may request additional documents even if a checklist appears complete.
  • AI and source retrieval may fail, be rate-limited, or return incomplete context.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoloPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines, application refusals, government decisions, payment delays, provider outages, or reliance on informational guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using PoloPath at any time and may request account deletion where available. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, misuse payments, or use the service unlawfully. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or security purposes.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how PoloPath processes personal data, including account data, guidance data, AI messages, letter uploads, payments, reminders, cookies, and support messages.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when the product, law, providers, official procedures, pricing, or business requirements change. Material changes may be announced through the website, account area, or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
